Pizza party attire
For the Pizza Party, we’re keeping it casual. There’s no dress code — just come as you are and enjoy the evening with us.
Wedding day attire
For the wedding day, we kindly ask all our guests to dress in semi-formal to formal attire. Think comfortable, elegant, and light — because summer in Tuscany can get quite warm. If you’re unsure about your outfit, feel free to reach out and ask.
For women:
Our wedding is inspired by a green palette, ranging from soft green tea to deep forest green. If you have something green to wear, we’d love to see it. That said, we know not everyone owns green or feels their best in it — so we’ve added complementary colors to the palette to give everyone options. Feel free to wear soft neutrals, earthy tones, or other shades from beige to dark brown (you’ll also find them on the invitation). For men:
We kindly ask you to wear dark trousers (black, navy, or brown) paired with a light shirt (white or beige). Jackets are welcome but optional — we know July in Tuscany can get quite warm.
If you require a visa to travel to Italy, we kindly recommend applying for a tourist visa (Schengen Visa) well in advance.
When to Apply:
We suggest beginning the application process at least 6 months before the wedding, to avoid any last-minute stress.
What You’ll Need:
Typical requirements for a tourist visa include:
Please check the specific requirements and procedures with the Italian consulate or visa center in your country, as they may vary slightly depending on your location.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the process (like getting an invitation letter), don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help make your trip as smooth as possible.
Closest major airports:
Information about taxis, public transport, and shuttle services will be updated soon.
We recommend finding accommodation in the nearby towns of Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Cavriglia, or even Montevarchi. These charming villages are all close to the venue and will make it easier for everyone to arrive together and enjoy the celebrations.
If you need any help finding a place to stay or have questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist.
Hotels nearby:
Kindly no flowers
As much as we love flowers, we kindly ask that you don’t bring any to our wedding. Since it’s a destination celebration and we’ll be continuing our travels afterward, we won’t be able to take them with us.
Gifts
We are getting married after 10 years together — and we already have most of the things we need at home (yes, even a blender). So instead of a traditional gift list, we are kindly asking for money gifts. This will help us with our honeymoon, a future home, and all the exciting (and sometimes stressful) parts of adult life. But most important:
The best gift is YOU coming to our wedding.
Your presence means so much to us — we want to celebrate with you more than anything else.
If you'd like to give us a monetary gift, you can send it via bank transfer, Revolut, or simply give it to us in cash.
Revolut:
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Thank you for being part of our story — and thank you for not buying us a third blender. With love and big smiles, Alex and Viky
We're keeping things beautifully simple—no hired entertainment at our wedding. Why? Because we already know the most talented people will be in the room: you!
If you can sing, play an instrument, dance, or even host a fun competition or game—we'd love to give you your moment to shine. Whether it's a heartfelt solo, a group jam, or a silly 5-minute game show, this is your chance to help make the day even more memorable for everyone.
Want to be part of the lineup?
Let us know as soon as possible what you'd like to do, and we’ll make sure there’s time and space for your talent to light up the celebration.
